Sasfin Bank’s in-house legal team faced the challenge of securely centralizing document storage, improving post‑signature contract management, and enabling seamless handovers across the bank. To meet strict regulatory and workflow requirements, the bank implemented Legal Interact’s Azure‑based, AI‑powered Contract Corridor and integrated Microsoft Power BI for real‑time dashboards and reporting.

The solution—built on Azure with OCR, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure SQL, Microsoft Teams integration and Microsoft Power BI dashboards—centralized 20,000 documents, uploaded 30 legal templates, and added a self‑service portal and automated clause detection. Microsoft Power BI dashboards now give legal and management real‑time visibility into contract status and arrears, eliminating much of the previous guesswork and streamlining requests and post‑signature tracking across the organization.
