Rockwell Automation brings visibility, new capabilities to sellers with Dynamics 365

Rockwell Automation, a Fortune 500 industrial automation company, faced fragmented sales processes, a limited legacy CRM, and heavy reliance on Excel that made collaboration and global visibility difficult. To modernize its sales organization and centralize data, Rockwell Automation adopted Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps to replace spreadsheets, standardize tools, and provide mobile, cloud-based CRM capabilities.

Using Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service), Power Apps portals, and Microsoft Power BI for analytics and dashboards, the vendor delivered a unified CRM and reporting platform that improved collaboration with subject-matter experts, standardized reporting, and reduced manual effort.
