By embedding Microsoft Power BI visualizations in the Azure-backed Job Site Insights platform and connecting IoT sensors across job sites, PCL now detects issues in real time, prevents damage, and enables predictive analytics that streamline workflows. The cloud-first strategy cut on-premises servers from more than 1,200 to half a single rack—saving CAD 2.5 million a year—while targeting 10–20% energy savings, reducing warranty claims, increasing field productivity, and giving owners and teams immediate, data-driven visibility.
