Pakistani footwear and tyre tube manufacturer unlocks holistic view of retail business with Dynamics 365

Servis Industries Limited (SIL), a leading Pakistani footwear and tyre tube manufacturer and retailer, faced scaling limits with its on‑premises IT as it expanded its Shoebox retail chain. To gain a holistic, cloud‑based view of stores and supply chains, SIL adopted Microsoft solutions—Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Commerce—and used Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Using Microsoft Power BI dashboards and the Dynamics 365 suite, SIL moved operations to the cloud, enabling remote store openings, real‑time sales reporting, automated warehouse receiving/dispatch, and smoother ecommerce order fulfilment via Distribution Order Management. The changes gave managers instantaneous visibility (65 stores and PKR 2 billion/US$12.5M current revenue), supported plans to open 40–50 outlets a year, improved inventory accuracy and fulfillment, and set the company on a path toward 400 Shoebox outlets and PKR 10 billion/US$62.8M revenue. Microsoft Power BI’s real‑time insights were key to faster, more accurate decisions.
