Working with Avanade, Venca implemented a customer engagement platform that combined Dynamics 365 and Adobe with reporting and visualization from Microsoft Power BI. Centralized customer histories enabled faster responses, more data-driven decisions and dynamic offers; cross-selling improved and average order value increased by 20%, while response times decreased and customer satisfaction rose.
