Nokia Mobile Networks builds its Digital Care Management Platform on Microsoft Power Platform

Nokia Mobile Networks, part of Nokia, needed a faster way to manage Care Program Management processes and reporting for its global technical support teams. Using Microsoft Power BI and the broader Microsoft Power Platform, the team set out to replace time-consuming manual work, reduce reporting delays, and create a single source of truth for customer care data.

Microsoft Power BI, along with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dataverse, helped Nokia build its Digital Care Management Platform and automate key workflows end to end. The result was major efficiency gains, including customer care reports that previously took up to two weeks to prepare now completed in just 20 minutes, fewer manual errors, and a scalable low-code platform that has already expanded to nearly 90 apps and is being rolled out across more markets.
