MVP Health Care uses Dynamics 365 to personalize member support, promote healthy communities

MVP Health Care, a U.S. health payor with 1,000–9,999 employees, needed to replace a makeshift CRM and gain clear visibility into its membership to minimize high-cost claims, reduce provider visits, lower rates, and promote healthier communities. To achieve that, MVP Health Care engaged Microsoft Power BI along with other Microsoft solutions to modernize its member-engagement capabilities.

Using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform (including Microsoft Power BI), MVP Health Care built a centralized, fully interoperable member-engagement platform on the Common Data Service. The Microsoft Power BI–enabled solution delivered a single view into the “heartbeat” of every member, transformed the organization into a healthcare innovator, and is projected to save USD 6 million a year while standardizing processes, increasing member value, and promoting healthier communities.
