Mindtree, a large India-based professional services firm, needed to accelerate digital transformation, enable agile, collaborative and mobile work, and turn growing volumes of business data into actionable customer insights. To meet these challenges it adopted Office 365 Enterprise E5 services and analytics from Microsoft Power BI, deploying Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business and Power BI across its global workforce.

Using Microsoft Power BI together with Office 365, Mindtree implemented integrated SharePoint portals, 50 GB Exchange mailboxes, secure OneDrive file sharing, and Skype for real-time collaboration, while surfacing customer insights via Power BI dashboards. The Microsoft Power BI–enabled solution improved responsiveness and expert allocation, sped solution delivery and lowered costs, enabled secure mobile and remote work, and delivered measurable benefits such as 50 GB inboxes and virtually no-latency access to global training videos and company-wide analytics.
