MediaCom, a global media agency with 3,500 media planners across 100 countries, faced inconsistent media plans and a lack of a centralized platform to deliver data-driven, consistent responses to client briefs. To solve this, MediaCom engaged Microsoft Power BI (working with Microsoft Consulting Services and leveraging Azure and Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI) to design a cloud-based, global collaboration system.

Microsoft Power BI helped implement “The System,” a custom cloud solution built on Azure and Microsoft 365 that centralizes market insights, data, and workflows so planners can rapidly create consistent, data-driven campaigns. The platform improved planner efficiency, responsiveness, and global consistency, leading to higher client satisfaction, better retention, and increased revenue for MediaCom.
