Pos Aviation, a large Malaysian aviation ground handler, needed to improve its business processes and customer service to meet rising air travel and e‑commerce demands. To modernize operations they turned to Microsoft Power BI and other Microsoft tools — including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate (Office 365) — to digitize workflows and reporting.
Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Power Apps and Teams, the vendor streamlined and automated processes, built frontline apps to speed communication between teams and airlines, and centralized operational reporting. The solution cut report generation from about 30 minutes to 5–10 minutes, enabled immediate action by managers and airline agents, and freed frontline teams to focus on improving service — all delivered with Microsoft Power BI as part of the platform.
