Majid Al Futtaim, via its Majid Al Futtaim Ventures division, is a Dubai-based retail and leisure group operating brands such as VOX Cinemas, Ski Dubai and Carrefour partnerships. Facing a federated set of B2C divisions, Majid Al Futtaim needed to consolidate customer data, improve engagement and internal efficiency, and embed a tech-savvy culture. To address this it adopted Microsoft solutions including Microsoft Power BI alongside Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint Online and Delve.
Using Microsoft Power BI and the Dynamics 365/Office 365 stack, Microsoft implemented an integrated analytics and CRM platform that created a single view of customers and delivered real-time insights to frontline staff. The solution enabled cross- and up-selling, launched a multi-brand loyalty program, streamlined operations and produced measurable results — increased revenue across divisions and higher NPS scores — by empowering employees with timely customer intelligence.
