Lifestyles undertakes cloud-based digital transformation with the help of Unify Dots, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power BI

LifeStyles Healthcare, a global leader in personal wellness products, faced fragmented ERP systems across its global operations that hindered consolidated financial reporting and efficient business processes. To modernize and unify operations across its global footprint (including complex manufacturing in Thailand and India), LifeStyles selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI, working with partner Unify Dots to drive the cloud-based transformation.

Unify Dots implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resources across six entities and upgraded the platform to v10.0, while Microsoft Power BI delivered consolidated operational reporting (sales, inventory and finance) and analytics. The combined solution automated financial reporting for all entities, introduced AP automation with OCR and invoice scanning, reduced operational costs, improved forecasting and planning, and gave leaders a single, real-time view of performance—demonstrable gains in efficiency enabled by Microsoft Power BI and Dynamics 365.
