RIEL, a leading Ukrainian real estate developer, needed to better organize internal processes, improve project management, and deliver more accurate cost forecasts to delight customers. The vendor implemented Microsoft Project Online with embedded business intelligence from Microsoft Power BI and rolled out Office 365 tools (Teams, Planner, SharePoint) for collaboration and reporting. As a result, RIEL increased cost-planning accuracy by 60%, cut employee work communication time by 40%, achieved 95% daily Teams adoption (15% even using it while on vacation), improved workload analysis and reporting, and boosted customer and investor transparency via a SharePoint client portal.
