Leading Russian pharma sector player automates core business processes

R-Pharm, a leading Russian high‑tech pharmaceutical manufacturer with about 3,600 employees and 70 branches, needed to centralize partner and customer relationships, automate logistics and financial processes, support business-process management across Russia and Kazakhstan, and deliver timely executive reporting to meet GMP standards. To address these challenges the company implemented Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Using Microsoft Power BI (with data integrated from Dynamics AX/CRM and consolidated by partner Navicon), R-Pharm built a unified decision‑support system that connects all databases and delivers daily BI dashboards to senior managers. Since going live in 2017 the solution supports roughly 800 users across more than 70 Russian cities, accelerated business processes, improved product quality, and enabled near‑complete migration of sales, procurement, warehouse, marketing and accounting to Microsoft systems.
