Eurobank, Greece’s third-largest lender, embarked on a group-wide digital transformation to deliver a new customer-facing website, modernize internal collaboration and give staff accurate, real-time visibility into bank performance. To achieve these goals and enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences, Eurobank partnered with Microsoft Power BI and complementary Microsoft cloud services.

Using Microsoft Power BI as its main tool for data visualization and self-service BI—integrated with Azure, Office 365, SharePoint and Yammer—Eurobank democratized analytics across the organization, providing real-time dashboards to knowledge workers. The Microsoft Power BI deployment cut around 100 legacy business reports down to 20, sped up decision-making, and delivered measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer personalization.
