Leading global residential and commercial access solution provider opens doors for its partners with Power BI visuals

Chamberlain Group, the parent company of LiftMaster, needed a simple, scalable way for its dealers and distributors to track performance and rewards under the new LiftMaster Partner Connect program. To give partners real-time visibility into achievements and discounts without heavy training, Chamberlain Group selected Microsoft Power BI Embedded (Microsoft Power BI) and custom Power BI visuals to deliver an intuitive, self-service dashboard.

Using Microsoft Power BI Embedded and partner-built xViz visuals, Chamberlain Group white‑labeled dashboards on the LiftMaster Partner Portal so partners could monitor goals and discount impacts. The solution was developed in about four months, piloted in the U.S. and Canada, and onboarded several thousand users who became proficient without training—providing real-time insights, greater partner engagement, and a scalable platform Chamberlain Group plans to expand.
