Leading Argentinian Logistics Company, a pioneer in Unified Communications

Andreani, a leading logistics company in Argentina (also operating in Brazil and Uruguay) with 4,500 collaborators, needed a digital transformation to handle rapid e‑commerce growth, improve package tracking and internal/customer communications across more than 120 convergence points and 140 branches, and reduce telephony and travel costs. The company adopted Microsoft solutions — including Skype Cloud PBX, Office 365 and Microsoft Power BI — to modernize communications, enable mobility and obtain real‑time reporting for better operational control.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Skype Cloud PBX and Office 365, Andreani migrated 2,000 phone extensions to the cloud, introduced mobility, video conferencing and real‑time dashboards, and deployed a Cloud Contact Center on Azure with partner NewTech. The Microsoft Power BI‑enabled rollout is forecast to cut telephony spending by 50%, reduce travel expenses, support more than 100,000 monthly contact‑center calls and deliver an additional 45% savings with the new cloud contact‑center versus the legacy system, while accelerating decision‑making across the region.
