To consolidate operations in the cloud and improve transparency, the company implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing) and adopted Microsoft Power BI for unified reporting and analytics.

With Microsoft partner XPLUS, Dom Development rolled out Dynamics 365 across procurement, subcontractor management, payments and project workflows and used Microsoft Power BI to combine ERP, CRM and Project Online data. The solution eliminated time-consuming manual report consolidation, sped up workflows and payments, and delivered near–real-time budgeting and project monitoring—giving the business faster reporting, stronger visibility and quicker decision-making.
