Kotsovolos, a leading electrical and electronics retailer in Greece with about 100 stores, faced manual, paper‑based planogram distribution, poor category and space management, and low compliance across stores. To modernize operations they partnered with Yodiwo to deploy Plano360—an Azure‑powered retail optimization platform integrated with Microsoft Power BI for real‑time dashboards and digital planograms.

Yodiwo’s implementation created a digital twin of each store that automated planogram distribution, provided live inventory and visual merchandising guidance, and delivered analytics via Microsoft Power BI. In six months all stores were onboarded, printing dropped 70%, space efficiency rose 20%, operational efficiency improved 50%, planogram compliance reached 97%, HQ–store communication fell by more than 50%, and 3,400 layout issues were resolved, driving higher productivity, compliance and sales and enabling future AI and energy‑optimization use cases.
