Working with partner Slickdata, Kiddie Academy built the KARES platform using Microsoft Power BI alongside Dynamics 365, Azure, and Office 365 to deliver portals, CRM, training, a knowledge base, and analytics. The Microsoft Power BI–enabled solution centralized data, improved decision-making (for site selection and growth), provided enterprise-grade security and 99.9%+ uptime, and dramatically lowered costs—cutting initial licensing from roughly $350,000 to $40,000 and saving more than $300,000 now with a projected $500,000+ in savings over five years (about $800,000 total).
