Kaduna State Government gives business processes a boost in North West Nigeria

Kaduna State Government faced a need to improve ease of doing business by automating Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) submissions and payments for its Environmental Protection Authority (KEPA). To speed processing, cut duplication, and increase transparency, KDSG deployed an Azure-powered web portal built on Azure App Service and integrated reporting using Microsoft Power BI.

Partnering with Wragby Business Solutions, KDSG implemented the portal and used Microsoft Power BI to consolidate EIA data into a single reporting dashboard. The solution cut EIA processing times from weeks to minutes, improved transparency and user satisfaction, and delivered automated, cross-agency performance indices—capabilities KDSG plans to expand into revenue, social services, and other areas.
