Junior Achievement invests in kids’ futures through Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit

Junior Achievement, a U.S. nonprofit that prepares young people for success through a federated network of more than 100 local offices, faced a disconnected IT ecosystem of patchwork technologies that hindered data sharing and coordination. To address this, they turned to Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit—leveraging Microsoft Power BI and other Microsoft products—and partnered with Wipfli to create a unified technology foundation.

Working with Wipfli, Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit solution delivered a consistent volunteer portal, a streamlined grant management system, and a Microsoft Fabric data foundation to power analytics. The new platform is expected to improve volunteer recruitment and retention, save staff time on grant work to generate more funding, and give leadership clearer data-driven direction for scaling impact.
