HELLENiQ ENERGY optimized its document signing process with Microsoft solutions

HELLENiQ ENERGY, a major Greece-based energy group, needed to accelerate its digital transformation and automate sprawling document management and signing processes—an urgent priority when remote work increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. To address this, the company deployed Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft Power BI as part of a broader Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 implementation, with DocuSign integration and support from partner Team Candi.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Azure, Power Platform and Microsoft 365, Team Candi built and deployed a cloud-based signing app in days that integrates DocuSign and provides end-to-end tracking. The Microsoft Power BI–enabled solution now handles more than 600 signed documents monthly, cut multi-person signing cycles from days to no more than two hours, and reduced paper and energy use while giving clear visibility of document status.
