Diamond Bank, a large Nigerian retail bank serving customers across 300 branches, faced challenges scaling collaboration, improving customer engagement, and gaining real-time insights to deepen financial inclusion. The Microsoft Power BI–driven insights enabled new products such as the 436# USSD service, reduced travel and administrative overhead, and produced measurable gains in productivity, product development, customer servicing and data-driven decision making.
