Global development company improves women’s health using Dynamics 365 Customer Voice

DAI, a global development company running the Women for Health program in Northern Nigeria, needed a fast, low-cost way to collect feedback from thousands of remote participants to measure program success and satisfy donors. Working with partner SkyLite Systems, DAI adopted Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and Microsoft Power BI to deploy mobile-friendly surveys and analyze results.

By using Dynamics 365 Customer Voice to reach more than 7,000 participants in 1,200 locations and Microsoft Power BI to visualize and report findings, DAI gathered full qualitative and quantitative results in two to three weeks instead of months, shared near–real-time reports with funders, and validated impact metrics—such as each graduate delivering roughly 284 antenatal visits, 120 births, and 219 immunization visits per month—helping secure funding and improve program delivery.
