Gallup, a 2,000‑associate professional services firm, needed to modernize tools for a globally distributed, mobile workforce while protecting petabytes of historical survey data and improving analytics and collaboration. To meet those needs, Gallup renewed its agreement for Microsoft 365 E5 and adopted solutions including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune), Windows 10 and Microsoft Power BI to address mobility, security, BYOD and data‑analysis challenges.

Microsoft Power BI and the broader Microsoft 365 Enterprise deployment gave Gallup better device management via Intune, multi‑factor authentication, and Windows 10 security features like BitLocker and Credential Guard, plus Teams for real‑time collaboration. The rollout delivered immediate security gains—Gallup reported its best penetration‑test results to date—and initial testing showed Power BI made data exploration far more user‑friendly, enabling more productive, secure work across the organization.
