Galadari Food and Beverage modernizes cash collection with Microsoft Power Platform

Galadari Brothers’ F&B arm, Galadari Food and Beverage (GFAB), runs the largest F&B network in the Gulf but relied on manual cash collection and disconnected reconciliation, leading to delays, cash leakage, and limited visibility. To modernize collections and monitoring, GFAB worked with partner Data Semantics to build the Cash in Motion app on Microsoft Power Platform and to surface sales and cash data in Microsoft Power BI for real-time oversight.

Data Semantics integrated sales data via Azure Data Factory, connected the Cash in Motion Power App to the ERP, and delivered Microsoft Power BI dashboards and alerts to track cash whereabouts and automate receipts and remittances. The solution gave GFAB complete visibility—pulling data from 500+ stores within a day—speeding reconciliation, reducing cash-handling risk, and enabling plans to scale automation across other Galadari businesses using Microsoft Power BI and the Power Platform.
