Working with Microsoft Power BI (and partner Sunrise Technologies), Frette consolidated order management, finance, and retail processes and deployed Power BI for mobile and executive reporting. The solution cut monthly closing time by about 40% (from ~15 days to as few as 8), removed the need for a 30% staff increase due to duplicate entry, improved inventory fulfillment and shipping/handling efficiency, and supported 20% revenue growth over two years—while freeing management to focus on growth.
