Eurobase and Simply Dynamics: A Focus on Efficient Delivery

Eurobase, an Ireland-based supply chain and order fulfilment firm, was struggling with bottlenecks caused by legacy standalone systems, siloed data and heavy reliance on key staff, which limited scalability and slowed order fulfilment. To modernize reporting and integration they moved to Microsoft Business Central with partner Simply Dynamics and began using Microsoft Power BI for operations analytics and reporting.

Simply Dynamics implemented a cloud-based Microsoft Business Central solution, added barcode production and scanning, and integrated processes so Eurobase could centralize assembly, warehousing, eCommerce fulfilment and finance while using Microsoft Power BI to monitor performance and share 3PL stock and order statistics. The result: pick-and-ship accuracy rose to 99.9% (an improvement of ~2%), Eurobase now commits to same-day shipping for orders before 1pm, reduced operational steps and peak staffing needs, and achieved clear cost savings from fewer reships.
