Eppendorf, a Hamburg‑based life science company, needed to harmonize sales, service, and customer data across 26 countries to respond faster to rapidly changing markets and eliminate conflicting working methods and Excel‑based silos. To achieve a single, transparent CRM backbone, Eppendorf deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service and turned to Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Dynamics 365, the vendor delivered a cloud‑based solution that unified data, processes, and customer views; within six months many processes were homogenized worldwide, enabling consistent reporting on a single data basis and a true 360‑degree customer view.
