A Microsoft Power BI Case Study
EDF ENR, an EDF Group subsidiary specializing in rooftop and parking‑shade photovoltaic installations in France, needed to digitize its entire customer journey—from prospecting and sales administration to field service and customer support—to support rapid growth under EDF’s Solar Plan. To modernize processes and unify data, EDF ENR adopted Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Service, Sales) and Office 365.
Working with Microsoft and partner Neos‑SDI, EDF ENR implemented Dynamics 365 CRM modules integrated with Office 365 and Microsoft Power BI to centralize customer records and KPIs. Microsoft Power BI delivered consistent, shared dashboards while Dynamics 365 created a single customer file across teams and Microsoft’s Customer Success team drove adoption; as a result, employees now use the same figures, customers no longer need to repeat information, decision‑making is faster, and EDF ENR reports better business visibility and increased productivity.
