Pacaembu Construtora, a mid-sized Brazilian builder focused on Minha Casa, Minha Vida housing, was overwhelmed by high volumes of inquiries across web forms, WhatsApp, phone, chat and social media and needed a dynamic CRM to centralize and manage customer lifecycles. The company deployed Dynamics 365 Customer Service alongside Microsoft Power BI to consolidate interactions, connect to its ERP, and give teams a single view of prospects and customers.

Using Microsoft Power BI dashboards and the Dynamics platform, Pacaembu centralized contacts, enabled detailed sales and market analysis, and shortened service times. The solution delivered a 360-degree customer view and allowed the company to handle far more outreach without hiring: monthly contacts rose from about 2,000–3,000 to as many as 10,000, effectively quadrupling the company’s customer reach while keeping the same staff.
