Cyprus-based Hellenic Bank builds a more productive workplace with Microsoft 365

Hellenic Bank, one of Cyprus’s largest retail banks, needed to unify teams and boost productivity after a major acquisition and as part of a broader digital-transformation push. Working with Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams), the bank aimed to modernize internal communication, collaboration, and customer insights for more than 3,000 employees.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft 365 tools, Hellenic Bank deployed a SharePoint Online intranet, adopted Microsoft Teams for meetings and events, and built Power BI dashboards to analyze customer credit‑card and ATM usage. The initiative—supported by Logicom Solutions and Dot.Cy—drove rapid adoption (Teams and OneDrive usage rose 200% to 3,000 active users and 4.6 million files; SharePoint usage rose 300% with 500,000 files and 1,500 sites), saved 15–30 minutes per meeting, and delivered actionable customer insights via Microsoft Power BI.
