Cosentino bases its technology strategy on Microsoft 365 and PowerBI for a sustainable growth

Cosentino Group, a Spanish multinational leader in innovative surfaces, needed to simplify IT, strengthen security and better connect a dispersed workforce across 40 countries while optimizing operations and enabling rapid remote work during the health emergency. To meet these challenges it adopted Microsoft 365 and analytics capabilities from Microsoft Power BI.

Working with partner ENCAMINA, Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, OneNote) were deployed alongside training and a 180‑person “Champions” program to drive adoption. The solution enabled near‑universal remote work at Cosentino’s Cantoria headquarters, improved collaboration and security, and introduced IoT+AI‑backed factory analytics feeding Power BI for deeper operational insights — including almost 100% remote coverage for office staff and faster data‑driven decision making across the group.
