Colliers International, a Canadian commercial real estate services firm, faced siloed customer and property data and fragmented communication tools that slowed brokers and made sharing insights difficult. To create a modern, cloud-based workplace and give brokers faster access to analytics, Colliers deployed an interconnected Microsoft solution including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Surface Hub devices and Microsoft Power BI for business analytics.

Using Dynamics 365 to centralize contacts (uncovering an 89% overlap across databases) and Microsoft Power BI for dashboards and reporting, Colliers cut onboarding time for new brokers from two years to 6–12 months, reduced market reporting from three weeks to days, and can deliver client-ready dashboards in roughly half an hour instead of days.
