Claro - Customer Case Study

Claro Colombia, a large telecommunications provider, sought to improve customer experience and accelerate its digital transformation. To tackle this, the company adopted Microsoft technologies—including Microsoft Power BI alongside Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Power Platform and Power Virtual Agents on Azure—to better harness its data.

Using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Azure (with partner Octupus), Claro Colombia built a cloud data warehouse that consolidated large volumes of data from multiple sources and enabled machine‑learning processes. The centralized repository and analytics capabilities improved data-driven decision making, strengthened customer‑centric operations, and boosted service quality.
