Chic fashion brand finds enhanced mobility and security in the cloud

Paule Ka, a Parisian fashion house of about 200 employees, was facing sophisticated phishing, identity-theft, and data-exposure risks with only a single IT staffer and GDPR requirements looming. To gain enterprise-grade protection, mobility, and modern collaboration, the company worked with its partner to adopt the Microsoft 365 cloud stack — including Office 365 ATP, Azure, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 — and tools such as Microsoft Power BI for reporting.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Microsoft 365 services, Paule Ka deployed Office 365 ATP for threat visibility, Azure SQL and Azure AD for secure cloud infrastructure and single sign‑on, and Intune for remote device management. The change produced measurable results: live dashboards revealed weekly volumes of more than 100 phishing and 100 identity‑theft attempts (plus ~10 malicious links targeting leadership), new-user setup time fell from ~2 hours to 20 minutes, remote wipe and encryption reduced data‑leak risk, and total cost of ownership dropped by over 30%, while GDPR compliance and employee collaboration improved.
