Canopius, a UK-based mid-sized insurance group, needed to replace its dual datacenter setup to gain speed, agility and a foundation for future innovation. They moved to Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Power BI (Power BI Premium) alongside Microsoft Azure and Azure VMware Solution, to modernize infrastructure and strengthen their analytics and reporting capabilities.

Microsoft Power BI supported reporting while the broader Microsoft Azure migration—using Azure VMware Solution and native tooling—stabilized the estate.
