Campari Group raises the bar for customer experiences with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Campari Group, a global beverage manufacturer, faced a fractured customer-data landscape from rapid growth and many agencies that made it hard to personalize marketing, sales, and service. To build a 360-degree customer view the company deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing on Azure and began adopting Microsoft Power Platform tools — including Microsoft Power BI — to centralize data, ensure GDPR compliance, and enable richer customer analytics.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing, Campari unified disparate data via API connectors, launched its first segmented email campaign within two weeks, and pulled a 20,000‑bartender database into targeted outreach. Attendance at virtual Campari Academy events rose to about 500 participants (from a few dozen), campaigns were rolled out to the US, UK, and Australia in rapid two‑week waves, and the company gained AI‑driven segmentation, real‑time journey orchestration, improved engagement metrics, and measurable in‑store and e‑commerce impact.
