BPAY Group, a leading Australian payments company serving over 11 million customers, needed to modernize operations and adopt cloud-based project portfolio management to ensure projects returned desired outcomes and were delivered on time and on budget. To achieve this digital transformation they engaged EPM Partners to implement Microsoft Project Online with the pmo365 solution and leveraged Microsoft Power BI for reporting and visibility across the project portfolio.

EPM Partners deployed pmo365 on Microsoft Project Online integrated with BPAY’s Office 365 and finance systems, while Microsoft Power BI provided real-time portfolio insights and dashboards. The solution gave BPAY Group top-down visibility into schedules, resources, costs, risks and inter-project dependencies, improved timesheet and cost tracking, and enabled prioritization of work—helping the company deliver projects on time and on budget and drive more informed decision-making across the business.
