Blackmores Group, Australia’s leading natural health company, needed to break down siloed systems and capture more field-level and account data to improve customer conversations, coaching and territory planning. Having migrated to the cloud and rolled out Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, they turned to Microsoft Power BI to surface warehouse insights and make key customer metrics available in one place for sales, service and training teams.
By embedding Microsoft Power BI widgets into Dynamics 365 and deploying Power Apps that pull meeting data from Exchange, Blackmores Group automated capture of previously unrecorded customer interactions and centralized account visibility for about 150 Dynamics 365 users. The solution enabled one‑screen access to sales targets and engagement metrics, improved coaching and journey planning for Customer Business Managers, and—together with EasyTerritory and Teams integrations—helped optimize territories and field time while supporting faster, modular rollouts for new product development.
