AutoZubak increases employee productivity and user experience through automated processes

Autozubak Movens, the fleet management service of AutoZubak with eight branches across Croatia, faced slow, manual sales and after‑sales processes—lease-rate quotes could take up to three days and only a few specialists could perform them. To modernize and speed up workflows and improve customer experience, Autozubak Movens implemented Microsoft solutions including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI.

Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Power Platform and Dynamics 365, the vendor automated bid creation, price calculation and contract generation and launched a customer rental‑management portal with Power BI dashboards. The solution reduced quote turnaround from days to minutes, increased active sellers from about 10 to 40, enabled engagement with roughly 200 clients, centralized lead management and integrated FINA checks—delivering clear productivity gains and a better user experience for Autozubak Movens.
