Arraya Solutions cuts costs by 50% with Data-Driven's CloudMonitor, built on Microsoft products

Arraya Solutions, a managed service provider for Microsoft Azure, needed deeper insights into security, compliance, and cloud costs to better serve its customers. To tackle this, Arraya worked with Microsoft partner Data-Driven and adopted its CloudMonitor solution, using Microsoft Power BI for cost analytics and reporting.

Data-Driven’s CloudMonitor runs inside customers’ Azure tenancies to surface deployment trends, obsolete or unused resources, and resource inconsistencies, and delivers analytics via Microsoft Power BI and a Microsoft Teams bot. The results: Arraya cut its own cloud costs by 50%, its customers later reduced costs by 15–20% following Arraya’s guidance and CloudMonitor recommendations, and Data-Driven refined CloudMonitor features based on Arraya’s feedback.
