Antigua and Barbuda Airport transforms its operations with Microsoft solutions

Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority, which serves about 900,000 passengers a year, faced manual, fragmented processes across purchasing, billing, HR and field services, plus decentralized communication and regulatory and data‑security concerns. To modernize its operations and support a hybrid cloud/on‑premises requirement, the airport engaged Microsoft Power BI (with partner Optimus Business Transformation) and implemented Dynamics 365 (Field Service and Finance and Operations), Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
