Adobe wanted to help customers understand how people engage with content created in Adobe Creative Cloud and to deliver personalized digital experiences at scale, but lacked a global, on-demand infrastructure and integrated analytics to turn engagement data into action. To solve this, Adobe partnered with Microsoft technologies—including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Power BI—to connect Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud and create a unified 360-degree customer view.
Using Microsoft Power BI alongside Azure and Dynamics 365, Adobe linked Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics, and Sign so marketers and sellers share unified profiles, automated workflows, and interactive dashboards. The integrated solution lets analysts combine Analytics Cloud feeds with Power BI content packs to explore data at scale (Analytics Cloud processes about 100 trillion transactions a year), streamlines marketing-to-sales handoffs, and delivers faster insights, improved conversion and retention, and global scalability backed by Azure.
