United Way of Central Ohio, a large local chapter of the nonprofit, needed to strengthen relationships with 80,000 individual donors as the labor market shifted toward more contract workers. Its legacy Dynamics CRM and Helix Andar/360 systems didn’t integrate well, forcing manual reporting and limiting insight into donor histories and campaign health.
The chapter moved to Dynamics CRM Online, integrated tightly with Andar/360 via SQL Server Integration Services, eliminated third‑party add‑ons, and introduced automated workflows and dashboards. The new cloud solution delivers one‑click, real‑time campaign insights, faster reporting, and more personalized donor outreach; the organization is also rolling out a donor portal and Power BI analytics to deepen engagement and measure impact.
