Ullman Dynamics, a Sweden‑based leader in suspension boat seats founded in 1998, supplies bespoke seats to police, military and coast guards in more than 70 countries and has sold over 13,000 seats. Rapid growth—up to 50% a year—and increasingly complex, custom components exposed limits in its legacy on‑premises ERP: critical knowledge was siloed, the system couldn’t scale, and the company needed a platform‑agnostic, globally accessible solution.
Working with NAB Solutions, Ullman moved from Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud, gaining device‑ and location‑agnostic access, better operational visibility, and automated purchasing suggestions. The change reduced manual work, boosted sales and production productivity, shortened customer lead times, enabled more complex bespoke builds, and positioned Ullman to expand into new markets such as the US.
