Kyiv‑based electronics retailer MOYO, a 600‑employee company serving price‑conscious millennials and young families, struggled with inflexible sales, marketing and finance systems that made timely outreach and competitive pricing difficult. In partnership with E‑consulting, MOYO deployed XRM Loyalty built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure, giving real‑time access to customer and billing data and analytics. The platform enabled highly targeted promotions, boosted daily customer enrollments from about 300 to 1,000, drove a 30% increase in online transactions, improved employee engagement, and will next be extended to contact centers.
