Ukrainian car and automotive company secures next era of growth

Winner Imports Ukraine, a 300-person official dealer for brands including Ford, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover and Bentley with over 50 dealerships nationwide, needed to modernize its aging on-premises ERP as business complexity outgrew Dynamics AX. Finance leadership sought greater flexibility and integration to standardize processes across sales, parts, service and logistics.

Working with Microsoft partner OntargIT, Winner migrated to Office 365, Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations online and Azure to create a single, fully integrated cloud platform linking warehouse staff to showroom teams and finance. The move cut the number of systems to support by 50%, unified all dealers on one system, sped an insurance-claim process from three days to under one, enabled same-day project starts instead of weeks, and delivered significant operational savings.
