The YMCA of Singapore, which coordinates 8,000 volunteers serving more than 23,000 beneficiaries, struggled with fragmented data across multiple systems and spreadsheets—separate apps for volunteers and members made it hard to answer key questions about program impact, fundraising effectiveness, and volunteer engagement. This lack of a single view hindered reporting, forecasting, and day-to-day operations.
To fix this, YMCA deployed the DoVE™ social services solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, consolidating donor, volunteer, member, and program data and adding a public portal for outreach. The unified system improved data accuracy, reporting, and forecasting across 40+ programs, reduced duplication and manual work, streamlined operations, and freed staff to focus more time on community services and volunteer recognition.
